When booking an appointment it’s important to specify your location.
Our provider will contact you via a phone call, email, or text message to make sure nothing has changed prior to driving to your location. The provider will arrive at the scheduled time for your appointment.
Once we arrive at the appointment a comprehensive exam is conducted to evaluate and treat your current medical condition. This evaluation includes but is not limited to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, diagnostic testing, health education, completion of required medical documentation, prescriptions, and establishing appropriate follow up care. In the event that our team determines that the event is life threatening or the severity of the injury or illness requires more than our services can provide, you’ll be directed to call 911 or to visit an emergency room immediately.
Patients are informed about the cost of care. Nothing is unexpected. You’ll know how much you’re going to pay and if any additional costs are going to be associated with your visit.
Once the visit is completed you’ll be provided cost information and are able to pay for your visit at this time. SOS accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also offer financing through Paypal. You’re able to spread your visit cost over time or pay all at once. An invoice is provided via the portal and by email. Please contact our administrators if you have specific financial requests. We are always willing to have a conversation about our services.
