Dr. Bennett is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He possesses over 25 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Bennett completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard University then received his medical degree at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans where he served as chief resident. Dr. Bennett also holds an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, in Winter Park, Florida.
Dr. Bennett is currently the founder and President of a private Emergency Medicine practice and his goal is to help SOS provide high quality medical services and innovative solutions for promoting wellness.
Joshua E. Kolanko, FNP-BC, ARNP is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville. He trained in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and completed his clinical experience throughout the Ohio Valley. He is board certified in Family Practice by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
He enjoys helping people and is passionate about respecting life assisting in the development of the whole person. He enjoys taking care of families as if they are his own. His philosophy is to respect the dignity of the human person. He is 100% focused on willing the good of the other. He strives to provide a healthcare service that enables the patient to meet their optimal health goals. He considers his practice a mission and a privilege to care for his patients.
His practice offers a comprehensive list of health care services including primary, acute, urgent and specialty care services.
He has been practicing as a nurse since 1995 and as a nurse practitioner since 2002. While in West Virginia he worked as a nurse practitioner with Family Medical Care. This organization is a leading provider of care in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. This organization is run by the community action agency Change Inc. Change, Inc encourages the integration of services, the building of partnerships, and the consolidating of resources to empower families toward healthy and self-sufficient living. He was also a clinical professor at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He worked with the Family Nurse Practitioner program teaching pharmacology and adult health problems.
He currently continues to practice in Florida in multiple settings and maintains staff credentials at multiple hospitals throughout the area. He is also part of the leadership team for the contracted emergency medicine provider.
He is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners. He maintains certifications as a licensed medical examiner. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. His personal interests include music, participating in missions, and charities that assist the poor in other countries. Raising money for Feed for Success, a charity that assists children and families with food insecurities. He is a member of the music ministry at St. Paul Church for the Life Teen Mass.
Glen Smith Jr. is a nationally certified Paramedic with a degree in Emergency Medical Services. He has over 13 years’ experience in emergency medicine. He has worked both in the field and in the hospital setting. He served honorably in the US Marine Corps and is the proud father of 4 kids.
Glen is dedicated to improving people’s lives. He possesses numerous medical certifications and the experience to act as first responder to any medical emergency, ranging from unforeseen severe allergic reactions and first aid to common illness and other barriers to top performance. He’s known for his positive, generous, and honest nature, and can adapt to any situation.
Having worked in the hospital setting for many years, he has always been bothered with the time that it takes to get patients cared for. His heart’s desire is to change the face of healthcare to be more patient centered. Glen has been recognized on numerous occasions for providing gracious customer service and professional, comforting manner to help patients and their families in stressful situations.
He is on the Board of Directors at both the YMCA in Palm Harbor and the Feast Food Pantry in Pinellas County. During the school year he serves as a mentor to the youth at Palm Harbor Middle School.
Jason Gulledge is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science. Despite his intentions to focus his career on Software Engineering he found out after a few short years behind a computer that his extrovert tendencies were better suited to spending time away from the computer and in front of customers.
Jason has been fortunate enough in his career to learn from ever escalating roles such as; Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Project Manager, Global Sales Process Trainer, Business Development Manager to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has worked in markets such as software, energy, oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper and data centers. He has helped lead efforts from the glass engineering towers to the contractors turning the wrenches at the job sight. After 20+ years in these markets he was inspired by Joshua Kolanko and Dr. Bennett to jump on board and bring his experiences to the team. As the sole non-healthcare voice on the leadership team he strives to make sure he is speaking to the concerns and the frustrations of the average consumer.
In his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys supporting youth sports in his community. He is currently the Soccer Commissioner for his local youth sports organization and enjoys volunteering to coach sports such as; soccer, basketball and baseball.
