a phone call to perform an initial
assessment of your condition
and coordinate next steps. Many
conditions can be resolved
immediately via telemedicine.

Evaluation and Treatment

Evaluation includes but is not
limited to assessment, diagnosis,
treatment, diagnostic testing,
health education, completion of
required medical documentation,
prescriptions, and establishing
appropriate follow up care.
