  different home environments, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify healthcare needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated
  patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Skills and Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Strong interest in Community Paramedicine.
• Strong assessment skills with the ability to make accurate clinical judgments.
• Comfortable performing various medical procedures as part of routine care or in
  emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a
  multidisciplinary team.
